Mention la is a platform for user to share the creations about the 2019 Hong Kong protests, which also known as the Anti-Extradition Law Amendment Bill (Anti-ELAB) movement and the Water Revolution. Mention la s mission is to spread out the creations among Hong Kong or even worldwide effectively. The naming of "Mention la" is based on the cantonese pronunciation of "文(Man) 宣(Suen) 喇(la)" . "文宣" is propaganda; "喇" is a cantonese intonation which is used to express something are important and in hurry. Therefore, "文宣喇" means "Go To Do Propaganda Right Now!!". So, what are you waiting for ? Mention la !!
